I never skimp on products or cut corners to rush to the next job.
• Premium Chemistry Only: I only use world-class, non-caustic, and biodegradable products from brands I personally trust, like Bilt Hamber and Menzerna. If it isn't safe enough for my own vehicle, it doesn't touch yours.
• A Personal, Mobile Service: I bring my entirely self-contained, eco-friendly setup straight to your driveway or unit across Essex. You get to speak directly with the person doing the work, and you can watch the entire transformation happen.

I don't look to book out months in advance or chase volume. Instead, I choose to work with clients who respect their vehicles and appreciate genuine, old-school craftsmanship.

Because I am 60, retired, and run this business as a craft, I have the luxury of putting ethics before a quick payday. I do not need to chase every pound, which means I will never take on a job—or push a correction stage too far—if it compromises the safety of your vehicle or your paintwork.

In detailing, knowing when to stop is just as important as knowing how to polish. When working on six-figure exotics or luxury vehicles, clients often ask me to push deeper into heavy scratches or clear coat imperfections. If my diagnostic tools and experience tell me that going further will permanently damage a panel or ruin an expensive component, I will refuse on principle.

Less experienced operators will blindly take your money and run the risk. I won't.
