Three Stage Polish

A 3-stage polish is a heavy-duty paint restoration process reserved for severely damaged, neglected, or high-end show cars. It removes deep defects by progressively shaving down the clear coat using three distinct steps: compounding, polishing, and ultra-fine finishing

This service is the most popular, in a 5 day week I'm likely to polish 4 that require 3 or 4 stages, and it's typically required on vehicles from 2018 to around 2004.

This service includes everything in Clean, Clay and Wax, though the waxing is completed after the polish.

Polish

I use the RUPES Bigfoot LHR15 polishing machine, Lake River pads and Koch Chemie compounds.

For a 3 stage polish I will use the Koch Chemie Heavy, Fine and Micro Cut compounds and similar pads.

Finished with the legendary Menzerna 3800 finishing polish.

After Care

Clean as an when using ONLY deionised water, apply using a trigger spray, and wipe off using a microfibre towel. This will remove everything back to the wax finish.

Book in for a maintenance wash between 8-12 weeks, where I'll carry out a rinseless wash (Phat Neut), and protect the wax using Auto QD. The latter provides extra UV protection, acts as a sacrificial layer for the wax, which essentially means the wax lasts forver.
