This Is Real Work Experience
Days 1–3 (Shadow & Assist): Working 1-to-1 directly alongside me. They will learn advanced chemical science, our scratch-free signature wash process, paint decontamination, and high-end interior detailing. They will learn to work fast, efficiently, and professionally.
Day 5 (The Solo Run): They take the lead. They manage a full detailing job from start to finish while I watch, coach, and fine-tune their technique until it is flawless.
Days 5 - 7 (Pro Experience): Build real-world field stamina as we work side-by-side as a team tackling multiple premium client vehicles.
